Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in construction or millwright
• Minimum 5 years in safety coordinator or higher
• Must pass drug screen and background checks

Responsabilités

• Oversee safety operations on active construction projects to maintain a safe work environment
• Ensure OSHA compliance and promote safety culture through inspections and trainings
• Coordinate safety programs with project management, HR, legal, operations and R&D
• Identify training needs and develop safety training programs
• Support reviews of processes, hazard analyses and operator training
• Monitor incidents, injuries, and workers' compensation, and follow up on investigations
• Maintain safety records, audits, and regulatory updates across sites
