T E C Industrial Inc is seeking a Site Safety Manager in Erwin, TN. You will lead day-to-day site safety, work with project leadership, and drive a culture of safe work practices across field teams. You will coordinate safety training, monitor compliance with OSHA standards, and maintain essential safety records.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to react quickly to safety concerns while supporting continuous-improvement in the field.

Qualificações

• Must lead site safety program and ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, ANSI standards.
• Conduct hazard assessments and mitigate risks.
• Deliver and coordinate safety trainings and toolbox talks.
• Audit work practices and maintain safety documentation.
• Investigate incidents and document root causes and corrective actions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site safety program, set expectations, and enforce safe work behavior.
• Be visible in the field, perform site walks, coach crews in real time.
• Identify hazards early and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Deliver and coordinate safety training and ensure proper PPE use.
• Audit practices, investigate incidents, and maintain OSHA records.
