• Conduct regular safety walk-throughs of construction areas for compliance.
• Complete inspection reports and follow up on deficiencies.
• Provide staff and craft safety training per company and customer programs.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses with timely documentation.
• Support special projects and general organizational duties.
