Job summary

The Bell Company in Fredericksburg, VA seeks a Construction Site Safety Representative to analyze, implement, and document all aspects of our safety plan on major projects. You will coordinate hazard analysis, supervise inspections, and train site personnel as part of a growing, employee-owned team.

Qualified candidates hold OSHA 30 within 3 years, First Aid/CPR/AED, and a Safety degree or CSP/ASP/CHST (or 3+ years as a safety manager). Relocation for project needs is required at times.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid, CPR and AED certifications.
• OSHA 30 card issued within 3 years.
• Safety degree or CSP/ASP/CHST, or 3+ years as safety manager.

Responsibilities

• Implement site-specific safety programs.
• Develop and review work plans.
• Coordinate job site hazard analysis program.
• Conduct and document safety inspections.
• Document safety training for projects.
• Review and finalize safety submittals.
• Interact with subcontractors and owner's representatives.
