Job summary

Cadence McShane Construction Company is seeking a Safety Coordinator to champion EHS compliance across projects and foster a culture of safety. You will lead site EHS programs, conduct trainings, and ensure regulatory adherence while collaborating with project teams.

The role requires a bachelor's in safety, 4+ years in construction safety, OSHA 30, and a valid U.S. driver's license; bilingual Spanish is a plus. This is a full-time in-person position at a jobsite or office based in Plano, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health or related field.
• 4+ years' experience in construction safety.
• OSHA 30-hour training completed.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Full-time, in-person role at assigned jobsite or office.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and own car required.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead site EHS programs to ensure regulatory and company compliance.
• Conduct safety training, audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Maintain EHS documentation, reporting, and compliance records.
• Partner with project teams to promote a strong safety culture and best practices.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies and monitor changes affecting project operations.
