Cadence McShane Construction is seeking a Safety Coordinator to champion environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance across construction projects. You will conduct on-site training, implement safety programs, and drive adherence to federal, state, and company regulations while fostering a culture of safety and collaboration.

The role involves working with multiple project teams, leading site EHS programs, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health or a related field.
• OSHA 30-hour training completed.

Responsibilities

• Lead site EHS programs to ensure regulatory and company compliance.
• Conduct safety training, audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Maintain EHS documentation, reporting, and compliance records.
• Partner with project teams to promote a strong safety culture and best practices.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies and monitor changes affecting project operations.
