Qualifications

• Six years of experience in construction safety, with at least five years in building construction safety.
• OSHA 510 training within four years.
• Current emergency first aid, CPR, AED training within two years.
• Experience with fall protection, scaffolds, excavation, confined space, crane/equipment operations, electrical, and incident investigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop on-site safety programs and administer project safety requirements.
• Perform safety audits and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead accident investigations and manage workers' compensation claims administration.
• Train personnel on safety procedures and maintain safety records (HAZCOM, training).
• Stays current on safety regulations and ensures project delivery and client satisfaction.
