Qualifications

Job description

As a Construction Site Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process on site Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all construction activities on site including scheduling budgeting and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and ensure that it is in line with the agreed timeline
• Review and approve construction plans designs and specifications
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Identify potential issues or delays and devise solutions to keep the project on track
• Communicate regularly with clients contractors and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status
• Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure that the construction site is kept clean organized and safe at all times
• Prepare progress reports for senior management

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes building codes safety regulations and quality standards
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team of workers
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
