This contract position offers a monthly salary of $1700 with visa sponsorship and round-trip travel included. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Construction Management and at least 5 years of international project experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source materials, equipment and labor necessary for project completion.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure their work meets quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or requests.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Oversee project budget and make adjustments as needed to stay within financial constraints.
• Prepare reports on project progress for senior management.
