Responsibilities

• Follow Camden Homes Core Values, Systems and Processes.
• Adhere to Camden Homes Construction Code of Ethics.
• Maintain and Deliver Clean Homes.
• Deliver Homes On Time / On Budget (≤120 days; ≤$400 in total EPOs per house).
• Utilize BuildTopia schedules 2 weeks in advance.
• Report Key Production Indicators (slab and frames, final inspections, COs, final surveys).
• Schedule orientation walks and respond to warranty claims within required timelines.
• Maintain OSHA safety standards and zero incidents.
• Authorize communications with vendors to move schedules forward.
