Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking a Site Manager, MEP to join their Field Operations Team in Lexington, Kentucky. This field/project-based position requires a minimum of 10 years of construction experience or 15 years of related work without a degree. Responsibilities include assisting the MEP Project Manager, coordinating on-site construction activities, and ensuring high safety standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Travel within the US is required, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience or 15 years without a degree.
• Experience in light/heavy industrial sectors highly desired.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.

• Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities.
