Haselden Construction is seeking a dedicated worker for a hands-on role at our Snowmass Village project. You will operate hand and power tools, follow safety procedures, and assist with material handling and site housekeeping to support a safe, efficient jobsite.

You will work outdoors in varying weather, requiring physical stamina and reliability. The team emphasizes safety, quality, and timely delivery while offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Self-mmotivated team player who takes initiative and follows direction.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers, subcontractors, and site leadership.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced, changing job site environment.
• Willing to work additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand and power tools safely; inspect tools daily for damage or alterations.
• Identify hazards and participate in safety talks and Job Hazard Analysis.
• Report near misses, first aids, and safety concerns to Foreman or Superintendent.
• Keep the job site clean and organized; enforce subcontractor cleanup in their work areas.
• Use proper lifting techniques and equipment; ask for assistance when needed.
• Inspect and forecast materials and tools; notify supervisor when supplies run low.
• Load and unload materials; store extra materials for future use.
• Follow silica safety standards and wear required PPE for dusty tasks.
