• Perform physical labor to assist with site clean-up, rough carpentry, and material handling
• Inventory supplies and coordinate restocking with Foreman
• Ensure compliance with Turner safety codes, regulations, and jobsite security
• Demonstrate teamwork, integrity, and leadership in daily operations
• Understand work instructions and prepare tools for use to ensure safe operation
