Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in construction or manual labor is asset but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleanup and debris removal on construction sites.
• Dig trenches and level earth using hand tools.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Assist skilled trades by carrying materials and tools.
• Prepare surfaces for painting or finishes.
• Operate small hand and power tools under supervision.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and PPE.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies.
• Flag traffic or direct vehicles as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
