Job summary

LaMontagne Builders, based in Bedford, NH, is hiring motivated laborers for general construction tasks. The role requires dependable transportation and willingness to work outdoors year-round on residential sites near Bedford.

Employees start at $20.00 per hour and are eligible for regular benefits after 90 days, including health, dental, vision, PTO, supplemental insurance, EAP, and 401k after 6 months. This is a full-time hourly position with a family-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Must have dependable transportation.
• Able to work outdoors year-round.
• Experience with power tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lift and transport items up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Use power tools and other equipment.
• Climb, bend, stoop, and kneel.
• Shovel, rake, and sweep as needed.
• Complete tasks in various weather conditions.

Job Location: All construction sites are in southern NH and within 30 minutes of our Bedford office.

• Completing tasks in various weather conditions

*Experience Operating a Rough-Terrain Forklift is a plus!
