Job summary

LaMontagne Builders is hiring a General Laborer for year-round residential construction in southern New Hampshire, with sites within 30 minutes of our Bedford office. This is a full-time hourly position with benefits after 90 days, including health, dental, vision, PTO, supplemental insurance, EAP, and a 401k after 6 months.

Applicants must have reliable transportation, be able to work in all weather, and perform hands-on tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, shoveling, using power tools, and

General Laborer

Compensation: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour.

Job Location: All construction sites are in southern NH and within 30 minutes of our Bedford office.

Job Type: This is a full-time hourly position. Employees are eligible for regular benefits after 90 days which include:

Position Summary:

Summit Excavating is hiring full-time laborers for year-round work in the residential construction and excavation industry. This is a permanent position, not seasonal or tied to a specific project.

Applicants must have reliable transportation to and from job sites, be able to work in all weather conditions, and be willing to take on a variety of hands‑on tasks. We're looking for hardworking, self‑motivated individuals who want to grow their career with a family‑oriented company that values teamwork and a healthy work‑life balance.

No experience needed, we are willing to train the right candidate.
