Job summary

Consigli Construction 1 is seeking a Construction Laborer to assist with material handling, site cleanup, and safety on active construction sites. You will support carpenters and equipment operators while following project instructions and safety protocols.

This role requires the ability to lift heavy loads, work at heights, and travel to various job sites as needed. The position emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and adherence to safety rules, with hourly pay and full-time hours.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in construction or a related field.
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; must be willing to travel to job sites.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Load and unload materials, assist carpenters and equipment operators, and perform general site tasks as directed.
Clean and prepare construction sites, set up and dismantle scaffolding, and remove debris and waste per safety standards.
Maintain a clean, organized site by storing materials, removing tools, and securing the area daily.
Use equipment or perform manual labor to load and unload supplies from trucks.
Follow blueprints or site supervisor instructions.
