You will follow site plans, work with various materials, and perform tasks at heights while adhering to safety protocols and company standards. A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of construction experience.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willing to travel to job sites.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials and assist carpenters and equipment operators.
• Clean and prepare construction sites, set up scaffolding, remove debris.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and secure area daily.
• Operate tools and equipment including power drills, saws, forklifts.
• Follow blueprints or site supervisors' instructions.
• Work at heights on ladders, scaffolding, and beams.
• Report safety concerns and incidents promptly.
