Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required.
• Previous construction or laborer experience is beneficial but entry-level on-the-job training is available.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials (often over 50 lbs), stand or walk for long periods.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools; basic equipment operation.
• Teamwork, communication, reliability, problem solving, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license preferred; OSHA certifications or specialized equipment licenses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Site Preparation & Cleanup: remove debris, set up work areas and perform general site cleaning to maintain a safe and organized environment.
• Material Handling: load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools and equipment around jobsites.
• Equipment Operation: operate hand tools and power tools following safety protocols.
