Job summary

PCL Construction, Inc. in Westminster, CO is hiring a Gate Attendant on a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM. You will manage site access, verify IDs, and maintain logs, while upholding safety and professional conduct at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in security or construction preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional interactions.
• Ability to maintain logs, records, and other required documentation.
• High level of alertness and situational awareness.
• Must follow written and verbal instructions and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor site access by verifying identification and ensuring all employees, subcontractors, visitors, and delivery drivers are authorized to enter the project site.
• Ensure all employees correctly badge in and out per requirements.
• Maintain accurate logs of personnel, visitors, deliveries, and vehicle traffic entering and leaving the site.
• Observe and report safety hazards and security concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, professional, and organized gatehouse and work area.
• Demonstrates reliable attendance with punctual shifts.
• Follow all company policies, security protocols, and job-site safety requirements.
• Assist with general site support duties and related tasks.
