Amphibious Medics is seeking an On-Site EMT/Paramedic to serve as the medical representative on construction sites, coordinating with Health and Safety teams to ensure a safe work environment. You will provide triage, first aid, and follow-up care, while maintaining records and supporting wellness initiatives.

The role requires at least 1 year of EMS experience, active EMT-B certification, and BLS/CPR. OSHA 10/30 and instructor certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of full-time 911 EMS experience.
• Proficient with basic computer and office software.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods on active job sites.
• Capable of CPR and assisting in emergencies.

Responsabilités

• Provide triage, first aid, and referral to external medical providers as needed.
• Remain calm in emergencies, assess situations, and respond quickly and appropriately.
• Maintain medical records and documentation for the site.
• Manage on-site medical inventory and restock equipment.
• Coordinate with outside medical providers on injuries and recovery progress.
• Submit daily activity logs to safety and management teams.
• Conduct site walks to engage with workers and managers.
• Assist in planning on-site health fairs (annual/ semi-annual/ quarterly).
• Participate in safety and health meetings with workers.
