Responsibilities
Assist in managing subcontractors and project schedules.
Coordinate site setup and maintenance with suppliers.
Assist Superintendent in daily safety inspections.
Prepare weekly safety meeting agendas.
Assist in developing Look-Ahead Schedules.
Skills
Ability to interpret and build according to drawings
Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools in construction
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and solve problems
Education
Bachelor’s degree in construction science, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering
At least two years of construction experience
