Site Administrator – Fort Lupton, CO (Onsite)
Project Overview
System One is seeking a Site Administrator to support construction activities in Fort Lupton, CO. This role will play a key part in supporting the development of a new facility by providing comprehensive administrative and operational support on‑site.
The Site Administrator will manage the job site trailer, coordinate logistics, support meetings, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations for both onsite personnel and visiting stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the job site trailer
- Order and maintain office and site supplies
- Attend daily Plan of the Day meetings (7:00 AM), capture and distribute meeting minutes
- Provide administrative support for onsite staff and remote team members
- Support and coordinate meetings, including note‑taking and follow‑ups
- Serve as a point of contact for site visitors and vendors
- Coordinate catering, supplies, and services as needed
- Ensure efficient communication and organization across the site
Typical Day
- Early Start: Arrive before 7:00 AM to prepare for the day
- Morning Meeting: Attend and document the 7:00 AM Plan of the Day meeting
- Administrative Support: Manage trailer operations, supplies, and documentation
- Meetings & Coordination: Participate in meetings, support staff, and coordinate logistics
- Wrap‑Up: Complete outstanding tasks and prepare for the next day
Team & Work Environment
- Supports the entire site team, including onsite personnel, trailer staff, and visitors
- Acts as an individual contributor, with opportunities to collaborate with other site administrators across locations
- Fast‑paced, hands‑on construction environment with a strong focus on teamwork and communication
Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday, fully onsite
- Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of administrative experience (5+ preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and proactive work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with SharePoint, OneNote, and Adobe Pro/Bluebeam
- Experience with expense reporting tools (e.g., SumTotal or similar)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP (preferred, not required)
- Prior experience supporting construction sites or working in a job site trailer environment
- Background with companies such as Mortenson, Vestas, or similar industries
