Job summary

Lee Company is seeking a supervisor for journeyman level sheet metal installation and fabrication. You will guide helpers and apprentices, oversee construction, installation, alteration and repair of sheet metal products per blueprints and work orders, and troubleshoot on-site issues with safe, high-quality results.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least five years of related experience, with supervisory experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of sheet metal installation and fabrication experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
