This role performs field inspections and materials testing on active job sites, observing work in progress and examining completed installations to verify conformance with project plans, specifications, and applicable standards.The Construction Services Technician / Inspector prepares daily inspection documentation, develops sketches and as-built markups for deviations from plans, and communicates issues, deficiencies, and progress to the supervisor/project team through job progress meetings and routine reporting.
