• NECEPT Field Technician Certification or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the engineer’s on‑site liaison with contractors, project managers, and clients.
• Support construction inspection activities to verify work complies with plans and specs.
• Attend and support pre‑construction meetings and document follow‑up actions.
• Observe testing, startups, and construction activities; document field conditions and progress.
• Maintain organized project records, reports, drawings, and daily logs.
• Assist with payment applications, substantial completion inspections, and closeout documents.

About the Role

As a Construction Services Technician, you will be part of a team delivering local and regional projects that directly benefit the communities we serve. You will serve as a key on‑site representative of the engineer, supporting construction activities and helping ensure projects are built in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards. What You’ll Do

• Serve as the engineer’s on‑site liaison, working closely with contractors, project managers, and clients

• Observe testing, start‑ups, and construction activities, documenting field conditions and progress
• Maintain organized project records including reports, correspondence, drawings, and daily logs
• Assist with payment applications, substantial completion inspections, and closeout documentation
