Responsibilities

• Grow the client base in Tennessee.
• Support field staff.
• Engage in regular client and potential client interactions.
• Prepare proposals and oral presentations.
• Participate in strategic planning.
• Perform firm leadership activities and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in CEI Management with TDOT and other Tennessee local government agencies.
• Previous experience with construction project management at the field level and at management level.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in TN, or eligibility for TN PE licensure through reciprocity, or the ability to provide information regarding your capacity to test for TN licensure.
• BSCE degree from an accredited higher education college or university is preferred.
• Geographic area of responsibility will be Tennessee.
