Construction Services Manager – Tennessee

We are growing and looking to hire a Construction Services Manager to expand our Civil, Environmental and Infrastructure (CEI) operations into Tennessee and develop new client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow client base in Tennessee
• Support field staff and site operations
• Engage in regular client and potential client interaction
• Prepare proposals and oral presentations
• Lead strategic planning and firm‑wide leadership activities

Qualifications

• Previous CEI management experience with TDOT and other Tennessee local government agencies
• Experience in construction project management at field and management levels
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in TN, or eligibility to obtain TN PE licensure through reciprocity or willingness to pursue testing
• BSCE degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Geographic focus on Tennessee

Salary and Benefits

Salary is commensurate with experience and licensure. Additional compensation may include annual bonuses.
