Job summary

SERVPRO Team Wall is seeking a skilled Construction Services Lead to perform rough and finish carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and related tasks on small projects. You will deliver high-quality results and excellent service to clients, with duties spanning site prep, material coordination, and coordination of subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 4+ years carpentry experience (restoration/reconstruction preferred).
• Strong construction skills in painting, flooring, installing cabinets, roofing, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Great communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Drywall hanging & patching/finishing and plaster repair.
• Interior and exterior painting.
• Finish carpentry (doors, baseboard/crown molding, casing etc).
• Installation of flooring: tile, carpet, laminate, LVP/LVT, vinyl.
• Window removal and installation.
• Basic service-level MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
• Selective demolition required to complete reconstruction.
• Maintain clean, professional jobsites in occupied homes and businesses.
• Support project coordination, quality control, and subcontractor management.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work meets all codes and standards.
• Assist with project scheduling, punch lists, and material logistics.
• Occasionally support larger projects with oversight and coordination.
