Job summary

A leading infrastructure solutions provider is seeking a full-time intern based in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will assist with various construction office support tasks, attend project meetings, and observe on-site material testing. The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a post-secondary construction services program or has completed it. The pay range for this position is approximately $23.18 to $34.76 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent plus current enrollment in an accredited post-secondary construction services program.
• Completion of 2 years of post-secondary construction services program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction office support tasks such as taking meeting minutes and processing tracking logs.
• Attend and observe meetings with internal and external teams.
• Observe on-site material testing and assist with shop drawing review.
• Conduct basic research and data collection.
• Read construction drawings and provide feedback.

Education
