Job summary

SEH, an employee-owned engineering firm, is seeking a Construction Services Engineer to lead transportation, municipal infrastructure, and construction projects across North Dakota. You will serve as the Project Engineer, coordinating with contractors, clients, utilities, and regulatory agencies to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires a PE license or the ability to obtain North Dakota licensure, travel to project sites, and collaboration with multidisciplinary SEH teams to develop

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license or ability to obtain North Dakota PE licensure.
• Experience in construction engineering and project delivery.
• Knowledge of specifications, contract documents, change orders, pay estimates, QA/QC procedures.
• Ability to travel within North Dakota and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery as Project Engineer with clients and regulators.
• Perform construction observation, contract administration, quantity tracking, scheduling, and QA/QC.
• Collaborate with SEH teams to develop practical infrastructure solutions.
• Represent SEH at progress and coordination meetings with governments and utilities.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development through client relations.
