Skilled Laborer/Carpenter, Modular Building Remodeling

Career Opportunity! Room to grow!

Shift: Monday Thru Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Location: Savannah, GA

Pay Rate: $19- $22.00

Currently seeking Service Technicians with skills in handyman work, basic electrical, plumbing, framing, or carpentry to join a team with one of the world's largest modular building companies, operating in over 250 locations. Our client is looking for skilled and dependable carpenters and technicians for a long-term career opportunity. Construction experience is required.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform refurbishment including floors, wall framing, and window cleaning.
2. Remodel modular buildings.
3. Inspect and replace framework using carpentry skills.
4. Prepare and install tile.
5. Clean and maintain modular buildings.
6. Install structures and fixtures such as windows.
7. Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and parts needed for service tasks.
8. Ensure a safe work environment and follow safety policies.
9. Wear and use personal protective equipment.

Requirements:

1. Experience in rough or frame carpentry, such as wall framing or subflooring.
2. Remodeling experience.
3. Background check and drug testing.
4. Reliable and flexible to work overtime as needed.
