Job summary

Kalkreuth Roofing and Sheet Metal is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead roofing projects from site visits to completion. You will develop design-build estimates, diagnose roof issues, and maintain strong customer relationships across commercial and residential portfolios.

Applicants should have 5 years in roofing/construction, a related degree or equivalent experience, and solid MS Office skills. Valid driver’s license required; strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in the roofing/construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but will accept construction experience in lieu of.
• Experience with Single Ply Membrane, Built-Up Roof Systems, Shingle Roof Systems and Metal Roof Systems is required.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills; both internal and external.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Job site visits, measuring and inspecting commercial and residential roofs.
• Develop estimates for design build, TFO, preventative maintenance agreements, and repairs of all roof types.
• Ability to diagnose roof leaks and deficiencies on all types of roof systems.
• Provide outstanding customer service to potential and existing customers.
• Generate new business.
• Project Management from inception to completion and timely follow-up.
• Project a professional company image both in person and on phone.
• Other duties as assigned.
