Overview

Office is hiring Project Controls Specialist with a knowledge or large project scheduling for a very interesting role in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining design and construction schedules and possess a strong industry knowledge. You will work in a team-oriented environment that designs in house projects and provide oversight of consultant engineering and construction contractors for large capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of in-house design projects and provide oversight of consultants
• Suggest methods to improve operational efficiency
• Work cross-functionally with different teams and organizations

Qualifications

• At least five years of engineering design or execution scheduling required
• Undergraduate technical degree considered
• Strong understanding of critical path method and Earned Value Management System
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and other scheduling software
