Job summary

Hoffman Construction Co of America in Boise, Idaho seeks a Construction Scheduler Intern to support the Scheduling Department. You will input schedule updates, assist project managers, and help analyze progress while working in-office with various software tools.

The role requires about 20 hours per week during the school year. Responsibilities include attending progress meetings, identifying schedule changes, and maintaining the integrity of the project schedule.

Qualifications

• Scheduling experience with Primavera P6 preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil/Construction-related field and data management experience required.
• Educational background in materials and methods of construction.

Responsibilities

• Input schedule status updates into the project schedule.
• Attend in-person and/or virtual project schedule progress meetings.
• Identify changes to the project schedule.
• Notify teams of impacts to critical path activities and/or schedule logic.
• Ensure technical schedule integrity is maintained.
• Produce and distribute weekly and monthly schedules, forecasts, and reports.
• Manage Outlook distribution lists and standard form emails for schedule distribution.
• Maintain project schedule archives and documentation.
