Job summary

Hoffman Construction is seeking a Construction Scheduling Intern for the 2026-27 school year in Idaho. The role supports the Scheduling Department, collaborates with Project Managers and Superintendents, inputs schedule updates, runs logic changes, and analyzes progress in a fully in-office setting.

The position requires about 20 hours per week, a hands-on learning environment, and proficiency with schedule software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and/or related work experience in data management.
• Strong scheduling software experience preferred (P6, Procore, Navisworks, etc.).
• Familiar with design/construction documentation and CSI specifications.

Responsibilities

• Input and update project schedule status in the scheduling system.
• Attend in-person and virtual schedule progress meetings as needed.
• Identify changes to the project schedule and communicate impacts.
• Maintain schedule integrity and generate weekly/monthly reports.
• Distribute schedules via Outlook and manage archives.
