Job summary

The Civi Group LLC in Boston area seeks a Scheduling Engineer to develop, coordinate, and maintain CPM-based project schedules for medium to large construction projects across sectors. The role focuses on analytical planning to meet milestones within budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities include training staff on scheduling software, coordinating with VDC engineers for 3D model integration, and supporting proposals with scheduling components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of scheduling or project control experience in construction.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Craft and maintain CPM-based project schedules.
• Execute monthly updates to track progress against targets and generate forward-looking schedules.
• Update schedules for changes in resources and project costs to optimize efficiency and budget.
• Engage in schedule reviews during Operations Review Meetings and other discussions to align strategies.
• Train staff on scheduling software and ensure proficient use by office and on-site teams.
• Collaborate with the VDC Engineer to ensure schedules and 3D models are integrated.
• Support business development by preparing scheduling components for proposals.
