Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a Senior Scheduler for a full-time traveling assignment supporting our Advanced Technology project portfolio, including Data Centers and related markets. The role requires leading CPM-based schedules, coordinating with multiple disciplines, and driving on-time project delivery.

You will work 100% travel to Nashville, TN and partner with project teams to ensure accurate baselines, proactive risk analysis, and alignment with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or related field with minimum 6 years of related experience.
• Scheduling Certification (AACE, PSP, PMI-SP) is a plus.
• Proficient use of scheduling software (Oracle Primavera P6).
• Experience using scheduling comparison tools (Acumen Fuse, Change Inspector).
• Large construction project experience (> $100m).
• Ability to interpret contract documents, drawings, and specifications to develop project schedules.
• Experience conducting gap analysis and managing scheduling risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of construction project schedules with stakeholders and team.
• Develop and maintain CPM-based baselines and schedule updates.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction, Procurement, Construction, and VDC teams to align schedules.
• Review and update Last Planner System, Pull Plans, and time-impact analyses.
• Monitor progress, identify variances, and support GMP submissions.
• Provide guidance on scheduling tools and train project end-users.
