Job summary

Hensel Phelps is seeking a Scheduling Engineer to support project teams with creation, monitoring, and maintenance of procurement and project schedules. You will ensure milestone achievement through WBS analysis, resource loading, and methodologies like CPM, TIA, and EVM, while coordinating with field staff and clients to deliver on schedule commitments.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in CM or Engineering and 5+ years of scheduling experience, with proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CM or Engineering.
• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Familiarity with scheduling software and schedules.
• Proficiency in developing, loading resources, analyzing, and reporting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and maintain procurement and project schedules.
• Analyze work breakdown structures and resource requirements.
• Prepare monthly narratives and schedule updates.
• Communicate with field staff, consultants, and client to ensure accurate schedule development.
