Job summary

YA Group is seeking a Scheduling Consultant to coordinate and manage construction schedules for diverse projects. You will conduct site inspections, analyze project documents, and relay findings while maintaining schedules with independence and professional judgment.

You will work with clients and contractors, applying CPM techniques using MS Project, Primavera P6, and ASTA Powerproject. A bachelor's degree in CM or engineering is required, with 1–4 years scheduling experience; PSP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent field.
• 1-4 years of construction scheduling experience.
• PSP certification preferred.
• Experience with CPM techniques to analyze schedules.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, ASTA Powerproject.
• Experience with builder's risk insurance and claims management preferred.
• Experience in data centers/semiconductors preferred.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of scheduling and develop updates.
• Conduct forensic analysis of schedules, contemporaneous documentation, and costs.
• Inspect construction project sites to evaluate progress.
• Review and organize project documents and data.
• Perform schedule delay analysis to resolve claims.
• Evaluate productivity and progress data, expediting expenses.
• Assess impact of changes and delays, communicate findings.
• Monitor timelines, expenses, and efficiency for clients.
• Prepare technical project reports from information.
• Maintain job files and deliverables.
• Interface with contractors and clients regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
