Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of construction scheduling experience.
• Experience preparing, analyzing, and identifying schedule deficiencies.
• Submit three past projects of similar scale/difficulty.
• Must be a United States Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Provides part‑time, off‑site scheduling support for the Construction project, reviewing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules, identifying deficiencies, and supporting the COR with schedule oversight and reporting.
• Reviews GC's baseline schedule, monitors monthly updates, and identifies slippages and deficiencies.
• Analyzes short‑interval schedules, assists the COR with schedule decisions, and provides data‑driven schedule status updates.
• Produces professional‑grade schedule reports and supports issue resolution and time‑impact analyses.
