Job summary

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel, the fastest growing unit of the Jacuzzi Group, seeks a Construction Scheduler in Detroit, MI. You will coordinate with management to set install schedules, resolve holds within 72 hours, and allocate Lead Installers based on project complexity.

Daily tasks include customer communications prior to installation, schedule adjustments, and collaboration with administration on change orders and payments. A 40-hour week with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Project Management or Project Planning experience.
• Construction Scheduling experience required.
• Able to relate and communicate with all levels of employees and clients.
• Experience using multiple software applications at once to complete a task.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sr. Production Manager to set the install schedule (3 months in advance).
• Assist Installation Managers and Sales Managers in promptly resolving holds within 72 hours.
• Partner with Installation Managers to assign Lead Installers to jobs based on complexity.
• Place outbound calls to customers in preparation for Installation Day.
• Follow up with customers to adjust Installation schedule.
• Track change orders, payments, or project updates with relevant managers.
• Coordinate permits for all installation activities.
