Job summary

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking a Construction Scheduler in Detroit, MI. You will coordinate install schedules, support Installation and Sales Managers, and manage permits and customer communications to ensure timely project completion.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of project management or scheduling experience, strong multitasking, and a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience. Competitive hourly pay and a Monday–Friday schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Project Management or Project Planning experience.
• Construction Scheduling experience required.
• Experience using multiple software applications at once to complete a task.
• Able to effectively relate and communicate with all levels of employees and clients.
• Shows a passion for excellence and providing an amazing customer experience.
• Must be dependable - must demonstrate thorough follow-up and responsiveness.
• Strong team player.
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks/ priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sr. Production Manager to set the install schedule 3 months in advance.
• Assist Installation Managers and Sales Managers in resolving holds within 72 hours.
• Assign Lead Installers to jobs based on complexity.
• Place outbound calls to customers for Installation Day preparation.
• Follow up with customers to adjust Installation schedule.
• Track change orders, payments, or project updates with Business Administration Manager.
• Coordinate permits for all installation activities.
• Drive installation revenue by coordinating with municipalities to complete permits on time.
• Coordinate daily with Customer Care and Installation teams to optimize scheduling and client experience.
• Develop strong relationships with municipalities and field inspectors.
• Other duties as assigned.
