Job summary

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is hiring Construction Lead - Bath/Shower Installers. Lead Installers supervise installations, coordinate with customers, and manage projects from start to finish.

We provide trucks and tools, a 40-hour week with overtime at 1.5x, and a total compensation range of $80,000–$200,000 per year. Hourly pay is $30–$35/hr with bonus potential; candidates must lift 50+ lbs and pass a DMV check.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction/bathroom remodeling experience.
• Acrylic installation experience required.
• Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile, remodeling, framing or plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation from start to finish.
• Supervise an Apprentice Installer.
• Interact professionally with customers.

Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is hiring Construction Lead - Bath/Shower Installers.

What we offer our Construction Lead - Bath/Shower Installers:

• We provide trucks and tools!
• 40-hour work week with plenty of overtime (paid at 1.5x)
• Typical schedule is Monday- Friday + overtime
• Total Compensation is $80,000-$200,000 a year; hourly pay rate is $30-$35/hr + bonus potential
• The hourly pay of $35.00 MUST be able to install acrylic systems in 1 day
• Lead Installers also qualify for monthly bonus based on quality of installations.
  

Requirements of a Construction Lead - Bath/Shower Installer:

• 2+ years of experience in construction, bathroom remodeling.
• Required to have acrylic installation experience
• Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing or plumbing required
• Experience with commercial, high rise and multi unit remodeling preferred
• Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs. consistently
• Ability to interact professionally with Customers.
• Must be proficient in using technology such as iPad to document installation progress.
• Ability to manage a job from start to finish including supervising an Apprentice Installer.
• For insurance purposes Lead Installers must be able to pass a DMV check
