Job summary

Michels Road & Stone, Inc. seeks a Scheduler to assist in creating, tracking, and updating detailed project schedules for complex transportation projects.

The role requires close supervision and strong organizational skills to meet tight deadlines and ensure safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of related experience, is proficient in MS Office, and familiar with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience and/or training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with scheduling software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and amendment of fully loaded project schedules.
• Ensure schedules meet project goals within prescribed parameters.
