Job summary

SLSCO LP seeks an experienced Construction Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and monitor detailed construction schedules from preconstruction through completion. The role collaborates with PMs, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure milestones are met and resources are aligned.

Reports go to the Northeast Director of Operations. Responsibilities include creating various schedule types, analyzing critical paths, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Eng, PM, Arch or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of construction scheduling experience.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Create bid, milestone, baseline, resource-loaded, recovery, and closeout schedules.
• Monitor progress, analyze critical path, risks, and delays.
• Prepare schedule updates, forecasts, and reports to teams and senior management.
• Review critical/near-critical paths, float, trends, and changes in logic.
• Evaluate change orders and assess schedule impacts.
• Conduct delay analyses and support claims documentation.
• Participate in planning meetings and progress reviews.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company standards.
• Track milestones, procurement, and long-lead items; support earned value.
