Austin Commercial is seeking a Scheduler II for the North Texas Division to develop and maintain detailed project schedules from plans and contract documents. You will collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with durations and milestones.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in engineering, construction science, architecture, or relevant discipline preferred, or equivalent.
• Three to five years of scheduling experience; field experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction materials and methods.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops project schedules using documents and blueprints for review.
• Reviews subcontractor and vendor schedules to align with project timelines.
• Assists in schedule development and recovery efforts.
• Participates in scheduling meetings with project staff and subcontractors.
• Ensures timely deliveries of equipment and materials with subcontractors.
• Reports project schedule status to the team and executives.
