Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years scheduling experience on large-scale vertical construction projects.
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Updating and maintaining detailed program schedules using Primavera P6.
• Supporting cost and resource loading across various project schedules.
• Running reports on schedule performance, including cash flow forecasts and earned value metrics.
• Assisting with the preparation of “what-if” scenarios to assess schedule risk and resequencing impacts.
• Reviewing contractor baseline schedules, monthly/weekly schedule updates, and revisions.
• Coordinating with cost control and document management teams.
