Job summary

Integrated Human Capital is seeking a Scheduler to coordinate design, maintenance, emergency work, and customer requests, ensuring on-time completion and adherence to due dates using Work Manager, SAP, and Mobile Dispatch.

The role involves developing work schedules for internal or contractor crews, reviewing designs for resource needs, preparing permits, and monitoring daily progress. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication for all levels of personnel.
• Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with customers and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop soft schedules for design stages to provide workload visibility and estimate construction start dates.
• Develop construction schedules for internal and/or contractor crews for customer visibility.
• Receive and create job packages for both planned and emergency work.
• Manage the schedule to meet customer due dates.
• Review design sketches to determine resources and hours needed.
• Assist with permits and required locates prior to work.
• Provide support with SAP and Mobile Dispatch entries as needed.
• Monitor crew workload and adjust schedules as required.
• Schedule and dispatch each job using Service Suite Dispatch, Mobile Data, and Work Manager.
• Review and sequence work orders to meet schedules.
