Job summary

Mortenson is seeking an experienced Scheduler II to work with site teams and staff at all levels in a dynamic environment. The role involves overseeing planning and scheduling activities and interfacing with multiple disciplines to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will build schedules using CPM tools, monitor progress, and contribute to mitigation plans. Travel may be required based on operating group and project needs, with an emphasis on professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field.
• Minimum two years construction experience or equivalent training and experience.
• Experience as a project engineer is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of scheduling concepts, principles, practices, and company software.

Responsibilities

• Work with site teams and trade partners to develop project schedules using CPM scheduling programs.
• Support supervision by monitoring and updating project schedules.
• Assist site management in formulating mitigation plans for scheduling problems.
• Assist with proposals and pursuit schedules as needed.
• Build relationships with individuals of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
